In the workshop
After the cushions are cut out, they are overlocked and sewn together by our team of experienced machinists.
The cushions then go through quality control and are given to the packing room where our fine quality duck feather inners are inserted.
Orders are picked and expertly packed, and shipped daily to our customers.
All our cushions come complete with duck feather inner and zip fastening for easy removal and cleaning.
