Making a Purchase
To purchase any of the merchandise available from cushionsonline.com, browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the Shopping Cart using the Add to Cart button. After you have finished your selection, click the Checkout button, and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment.

If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Shipping and Handling
UK Shipping - we try to keep postage charges to an absolute minimum. Our current charges are £5.95 for all UK mainland destinations. If you are buying from a country outside the UK we will contact you to discuss delivery charges - please note that there will be additional charges involved other than the costs shown on the website for this.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch orders within 7 days of your order being placed, providing all items are in stock. We do not send out packages on Saturdays or Sundays. Delivery times for shipments abroad are typically 7 - 12 days from receipt of the order. At all times we try to send your package to you as quickly as possible.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is already included in the prices listed on the website.

Your credit card details are handled and processed via SagePay (www.sagepay.com) on a secure server (SSL encryption is used).
